About the Talk

Modern life is becoming increasingly complicated and stressful and it is becoming very difficult to enjoy inner stillness and contentment. The increase in technology, social media and communications are making us so distracted that we are losing sight of what truly matters in terms of genuine happiness and the purpose of our life.

During this talk, Gen Dornying will take us on an in-depth journey into Buddhism, exploring the meaning of our death, our rebirth and how our reality is shaped by our actions, or karma. Don’t miss this opportunity to gain a fresh perspective that cuts through our distractions, destroys our stress and daily worries, and gets us on the path to actual happiness!

About the Teacher

Gen Kelsang Dornying is the Resident Teacher of both KMC Australia and KMC Melbourne and has been teaching meditation and mindfulness in Australia for over 10 years. He is inspiring and light-hearted and his teachings are clear, accessible and applicable to modern life.
