Drop In Meditation Classes in Stranraer

 

Weekly drop in meditation classes teach basic meditation. The purpose of these classes is to help people to gain personal experience of inner peace, to overcome their daily problems, and to find real happiness in their hearts.

Carol-Anne Robertson has been studying Buddhism for many years and during this time has engaged in extensively in meditation retreat. She will share with you her deep insight and love of Buddhism and meditation, making her classes interesting and engaging for all.

The classes give practical advice and simple yet profound techniques that can easily be assimilated into our western way of life. The classes are suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced meditators.

Everyone welcome! Each class includes guided meditation, a short talk, time for questions and answers, tea and biscuits.

All classes are self contained. Feel free to drop in to a class at any time in the course.
