About the Course

Our modern way of living holds so much tension that we forget that we have a true source of real joy within us. In this course we learn to deal with negative states of mind by letting them go and creating instead a peaceful and balanced mind equipping us to deal with life’s challenges.

This half-day course is suitable for beginners as well as those with more experience. There will be two 75 minute sessions consisting of guided meditation and a talk, and a half hour break for refreshments. Everyone is welcome.

About the Teacher

Originally from Ireland, Arthur has been studying Buddhism and practicing meditation for many years in Glasgow, combining this with his work as a doctor.
