Following ‘Dealing with Difficult People’ – our special event with international guest teacher Gen Kelsang Gomchen – this three week follow up course presents an ideal opportunity to deepen our understanding of how to use meditation and mindfulness to overcome our relationship challenges.

Dealing with those whom we perceive as difficult becomes an amazing opportunity to transform adverse conditions into our own spiritual development. Through meditation and mindfulness we can learn how to keep our cool and respond in a more constructive and balanced way. Tension lifts and a relaxed confidence arises in its place.
