On this half day course, Gen-la Dekyong will combine guided meditation with practical advice from Buddha’s timeless teachings and reveal how we can use these special methods to transform our life.
Mindfulness is the heart of meditation. Regardless of whether we are new to meditation or more experienced, this course will help to deepen our practice of meditation and integrate it with our normal daily life.
