About this course
Buddha’s Tantric teachings are methods that harness the imagination to produce powerful inner transformation and deep inner peace. Tantra especially develops both our wisdom and our compassion until it produces a bliss so powerful that it completely purifies our mind and we quickly attain enlightenment.
While the practice of Tantra is very extensive, this course will give a basic introduction including some practical methods that anyone can use right away. Through these special meditations we can experience profound inner change quickly.
This course is a perfect preparation for the Highest Yoga Tantra Empowerment that will take place at the International Kadampa Festival, Summer 2023 at Manjushri KMC: https://kadampafestivals.org/s
Gen Kelsang Cho has been practising the methods taught on this course for over 20 years.
