About the Course

The law of karma is a special instance of the law of cause and effect, according to which all our actions of body, speech, and mind are causes and all our experiences are their effects. Normally we think bad things just happen to us and we can develop a sense of helplessness.  However, When we understand the relationship between our actions and our experiences, we can begin to choose to engage in actions that cause happiness for ourselves and others and to stop engaging in actions that cause suffering, thus truly taking control of our life and our future.  The course includes guided relaxation meditation as well as guided meditations that deepen our personal experience of the teachings.
