About the Course

The focus of this course will be on the traditional healing meditations called ‘Taking and Giving’ which are profound methods to strengthen our love and wisdom, clear away negativity, heal our body and mind, and ultimately lead us directly along the path to enlightenment. Suitable for all levels of experience, each class will include guided meditations and explanations of these practices based on Buddhist philosophy.
