About the Course

To get the most out of life, we need to learn how to make the best of both good and bad situations.  Instead of reacting angrily when things go badly and getting over-excited when things go well, this course will give insight how to stay calm and balanced and how to thrive from every situation life throws at us.  By deepening our experience of these teachings we will gain important insights that lead us quickly to profound inner peace.

This course is divided into two one-hour sessions which will include guided meditation, interactive teaching, and methods to incorporate mindfulness of key concepts.
