Healthy families depend upon healthy parenting.  To be a good parent involves juggling endless stresses and demands, keeping a healthy perspective, and being an effective  role model for our children.

Our Parents and Tots class includes simple, practical and effective mindfulness and meditation methods perfect for busy parents and guardians that address the real-world challenges of parents in our busy world.

Each class includes:

Meditation to relax and refresh your mind

Engaging, practical teachings on topics relevant to life as a parent

Supportive discussion with like-minded, friendly parents and guardians

The class structure principally focusses on teaching adults, while children play with age-appropriate toys in the peaceful, inspiring setting of the temple.  Families are welcome to stay after class for tea and chat.

No previous experience of mindfulness or meditation is necessary, and no special clothing is required–just come as you are.

Please note: Pre-booking is essential to ensure quality of care for each class.

This class is intended specifically for parents and guardians with children aged 0-4 years old; if you have a child 5-11 years old, please book to attend our Kids Club class on Sunday afternoons instead.
