Appreciating Others

December 5 | 12 | 19

Sometimes we feel irritated and even angry with other people.  This is a very painful state of mind and often leads to arguments and broken relationships.  Buddha teaches us ways of viewing others with love and compassion that allows us to hold love in our hearts for our fellow beings no matter how difficult the circumstances may be. These teachings can benefit everyone, regardless of background and beliefs.

Recommended reading “How to Transform Your Life” and “How to Solve Your Human Problems” by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, both available in the book shop or online at tharpa.com.
