June 20 - 22 This weekend is a rare opportunity for people to come together in the beautiful and peaceful location of Gartocharn,
overlooking Loch Lomond, to receive the blessing empowerment of the Dharma Protector, the Enlightened Being, Dorje Shugdan.
During the weekend Venerable Tharchin will give teachings on how we can develop the mind of faith and what it means to rely on a spiritual guide and his Dharma Protector.

Cost:
Whole weekend £45 incuding lunch on Saturday.
Empowerment day only £30 including lunch (Saturday).
A simple supper of soup and sandwiches will also be provided on Saturday evening - this needs to be pre-booked and will cost £2.50

Directions to Venue:
By car coming from Balloch on the A811 when you get to the village of Gartocharn take a left opposite the hungry monk hotel, if coming from Stirling take a right opposite the hotel. By Train the nearest train station is Balloch with regular trains from Glasgow. There are buses approx. every 2 hours from Balloch to Gartocharn or it is a short taxi ride (4 miles)
