Removing the Source of Pain

We try so many ways to dull our pain which may bring temporary relief, but if we want real freedom from pain we need to look closely for the actual source.

Delusions are the true cause of suffering, but these can can be removed. Following Buddhas advice we can all accomplish this goal and be finally free from pain.

Authentic Self-Confidence

Relating to a limited sense of self never serves anyone.   This is nothing more than a bad habit.  When we hear Buddha’s teachings on who we really are, and who we can be our confidence becomes strong and functional in our daily life.

Constant Craving

How to Understand the Mind

Happiness and suffering are states of mind.  If we want be happy and free from pain then we need to find out how by learning to understand how our mind works and how we can take control of it.  In these classes we will gain knowledge and experience of how to change our states of mind from negative to positive so that we are able to really take control of our life, making choices that result in happiness from clarity and wisdom.

Meditations for Healing

Appreciating Others

Sometimes we feel irritated and even angry with other people.  This is a very painful state of mind and  often leads to arguments and broken relationships.  Buddha teaches us ways of viewing others with love and compassion that allow us to hold love in our hearts for our fellow beings no matter how difficult the circumstances may be. These teachings can benefit everyone, regardless of background and beliefs.
