Meditations for Healing

The function of meditation is to  make our mind peaceful and controlled.  This removes tension and anxiety, allowing healing to begin.  We all want a peaceful and healthy mind, and in this series of talks we will begin this wonderful natural healing process.

Appreciating Others

Sometimes we feel irritated and even angry with other people.  This is a very painful state of mind and  often leads to arguments and broken relationships.  Buddha teaches us ways of viewing others with love and compassion that allow us to hold love in our hearts for our fellow beings no matter how difficult the circumstances may be. These teachings can benefit everyone, regardless of background and beliefs.
