However, the Letting Go of the Past with Mindfulness 4-week course are bookable in advance as a block booking. For these courses we require people to book and recommend that all sessions are attended of this.

Following on from our special event “Letting Go of Anxiety” (below) KMC Glasgow presents a 4-week course, exploring in-depth how we can free ourself from the harmful effects of negativity and work towards becoming relaxed, positive and confident in all our daily interactions, moment by moment.

Each class will include guided meditations, interactive teaching with a focus on how to practice the ideas covered in daily life.

We recommend that this course is booked in advance and that all sessions are attended if possible.
