Everyone is welcome. This course is segmented into sets of classes on a particular theme, following the chapters of “The New Meditation Handbook” by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, but the classes themselves are designed to be self contained so it is also possible to drop-in. The content of these classes is more in-depth that some of our other general programme classes.  It is not essential but you may find it helpful to read the Introduction of the book to support you in your learning before attending the class.MembershipButton

The New Meditation Handbook is a practical guide to meditation. It teaches how to make ourselves and others happy.  The book takes us on a journey discovering and deepening our understanding and experience of 21 traditional meditations called “Lamrim” in Tibetan, or Stages of the Path to Enlightenment.
