Meditations for Relaxation | Apr 11, 18, 25, May 2

If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort and so we will experience true happiness and relaxation. But if our mind is not peaceful, we will find it very difficult to be happy and relaxed even if we are living in the very best conditions.

On this course you will learn three forms of breathing meditation that help to calm the mind, reduce stress, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing.

Developing A Stable Mind | May 16, 23, 30, June 6

Learn to build your own inner protection and resilience through learning how to practically apply the wisdom of Buddha’s teachings to daily life.

These classes are the perfect preparation for our Going for Refuge Retreat (Friday eve Jun 7 to Sunday June 9).

Everybody is welcome, no previous experience necessary.
