About this course
We may be feeling a little caged in right now… ready to break free. So how do we ultimately free our mind from painful feelings?
Buddha teaches that all our suffering comes from self grasping – a mistaken belief with regards to the way things exist.
We grasp at everything as if it exists as it appears, and then feel hemmed in on all sides by this grasping mind. The extent to which we suffer is directly proportional to the intensity of this grasping.
Through meditating on emptiness we can start to experience the bliss that comes when we dissolve everything into its ultimate nature.
We can relate to a dream like world and let the walls, and even the body, that we feel trapped in dissolve away. Then we can live lightly with this true flexibility of mind.

About the teacher
Gen Kelsang Osung is the Resident Teacher of KMC Glasgow. She has been studying under the guidance of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for 25 years. A modern Buddhist nun, she is loved for her joyful and inspiring presentation of Buddha’s teachings, clearly close to her heart.
