About this course
If you can’t go outside, go inside!
In these unprecedented times we can use the rupture in our ordinary routines as an opportunity to turn inwards and develop peace of mind through meditation.
As you retreat from the busyness of life as you know it, discover how to find peace and stillness within your own mind and make your self-isolation time less anxious and more calm and healing.
During this half day meditation retreat you will be guided in simple meditations to let go of stress and worries – meditations that allow you to be centred in your heart and to develop a deep feeling of inner peace.
Through our meditation practice we learn to relax our mind more often and more deeply, as we become more familiar with the richness and power of these simple meditation practices.
In this way your peaceful mind will in turn help you to deal with all the uncertainties and difficulties that abound and help to reduce your stress even out of meditation.
