About this course
As we confront this global pandemic we are experiencing many difficult feelings and unsettled minds – the self-isolation, the loss of our ordinary routines and enjoyments. Fear, anxiety, loneliness, irritation, boredom all stirring up our mind. Maybe we find ourselves arguing more, struggling to sleep, restless, desperate for information, teary and overwhelmed.
When seen from a different perspective, these experiences offer a unique opportunity: to transform this fear into a deeper awareness, one that can open the door to real inner peace and happiness through the development of compassion which in turn opens our hearts and deeply connects us with others.
Gen Osung will guide us in meditation through an initial acceptance of our fear and unpleasant feelings and progress to a transforming experience of responding to our suffering with compassion.
